General terms and conditions of sales in the online shop

To place an order, simply follow these steps:

1. Select the desired item.

2. Select the quantity you want.

3. Press the “Add to cart” button. The basket will open where you can see the product and quantity. You can continue with the order or go back and add other products.

4. To continue with the order, just click the “Finish the order” button.

5. Fill in your details.

6. Click the “Complete order” button.

Shipping price?

Shipping price 1.90 euros. For orders over 7 euros it is free.

How do I know that my order has been confirmed?

After ordering, you will receive an e-mail in your account notifying you that your order has been received.

When will my order arrive?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that your order is being processed. Please note, your order will arrive within 3-5 days.

Can I cancel the order/change the product?

The exchange time of the item must be done within 3 days with the corresponding fiscal coupon and the unopened/damaged/used product. For more contact customer care at the email address: info@1-amd.com. Postage costs for delivery of the item are the responsibility of the buyer.

Product changes are made only in cases where there is a specific product problem and such a thing can be proven. In no case can we make a refund in cash, and as for the return/exchange of the product, there is a certain form depending on the type of product and the case of exchange or return.
