Inspection Upon Delivery
Shoppers have the right to inspect the goods at the time of delivery, in the presence of the courier. We highly encourage all customers to carefully check the condition, quantity, and correctness of the products before signing for acceptance.
Acceptance of Goods
Once the delivery has been accepted from the courier and the order is signed/confirmed by the customer, the products are considered delivered in good condition.
No Returns After Acceptance
After the goods have been accepted from the courier, returns or refunds are not possible. This policy exists to ensure transparency, prevent misuse, and maintain product quality standards.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If any item appears damaged, defective, or incorrect during the inspection at delivery:

The customer must refuse the package immediately.
